The Guidance Department is committed to supporting every aspect of the student’s development, enabling them to thrive at Saint Joseph School. As an advisor, listener, advocate, and educator, Mr. Mahoney collaborates closely with students, parents, teachers, and the administration.
Throughout the year, the students will meet individually, and in groups, with Mr. Mahoney concerning academic, social and emotional needs. There is an open-door policy for students and parents. No appointment needed…if you have a concern, just come on in!
Mr. Mahoney meets with students and parents navigating the often-overwhelming transition into high school. This includes inviting high schools to speak with our students, test preparation, application process and course selections.
